Just a few more pictures on the Cold Porcelain Flowers

First attempt Chrysanthemum in a deep red color i love the way it turned up I have a few ideas on how to decorate it and as always my main forte is to make these beautiful flowers to buttonhole/boutonniere,

 And the other flower

Frangipani in a beautiful blue just in the mood for the beach I guess. Again developing a million ideas on how to turn them to buttonhole/boutonniere.

A quick update on my mission to go green as much as I can. These are Pieces made of paper don't think i will ever complete them though quiet not happy with how they turned out.

Valentines day

Nothing can be more ideal than those beautiful Valentine's Day roses to gift to the one you love the most.The meaning of Valentines Day is to cherish the one or one's that you love could be anyone . Why not...Gift Roses that are made to last forever.

Here is a piece My sister has worked on and completed.

Phase one: the Petals made of Clay or Col Porcelain/ Air Dry clay and putting them together

  When it is all completed to how a big rose should look like :)

 

Phase Two the painting of the rose flower most messy part but artist love mess

 Finally the Red color that we were aiming for :)

And Phase three the Completed Flower Rose for Your Valentine

These can be custom made to any color you desire pick your favorite color of rose you would like to gift. Red being the Theme color for Valentines we made this one. It is of Cold Porcelain/ Air dry clay non toxic and long lasting :)

Cold Porcelain- flowers in the making

I just had to add these pictures of what we are working on. these are Cold Porcelain or Air dry clay Flowers.

 

Orange Calla Lillie with the bud here we used beads

 

              Preparing the leaves for Deco used ribbon with stick stones

         Painting the calla Lilly to blue color , oh and we did not make this clay at home we bought daisy clay

              Will post the pictures of the finished flowers real soon and the things that we did with them :)

Why do we give gifts? What meanings does a gift carry?

A lot of people may not think about it and just buys anything as long as they have something to give, but every gift has a meaning, especially to those who are really close and value their relationship a lot.For some it is,  Gifts having meaning as of romantic, unique, and funny expression of it sender.I know of mostly getting gifts as flowers, either way i love gifts in any kind makes us feel so special.Below are pictures of the Gifts I made From The Heart, homemade gifts.

Each picture has a story to tell:

1) Friendship day gift cold porcelain cluster earrings  to my office colleague

 2) My first Knit headband Gave it to my little friend who learns crochet from me :)

3)Headband crochet request for an office colleague to gift his niece on Rakhi day ( Cute she is just 2 and half years old) this picture was not taken by me.

 3) Request after seeing the babies headband , I made 2 more headbands one is knit and the other Crochet as a gift and it helped me practice my skills
